    • 10 Dips
  • Notes: HSPU are a weakness. Really struggled.
Skill:
  • DH Pullups: 10,10,10,10,10 (approx 1 min rest between sets)
  • Pushups: 75 consecutive, no pause
PM:
Sealfit: Unflappable

Warm Up:

  • Dynamic Stretch
Work Capacity: 
  • 2 rounds for time: 30-20-10 - (13:26)
    • Burpee
    • DB Swing (35lb db, alternating arms)
Notes:
  • Body: sore and ready for an active recovery day. Burpees are terrible in large quantities.
