Thursday: run, hill sprints

35 min walk/run (at girlfriends pace)

6 x hill sprints
100% effort, long, steep hill.

Notes:
Easy run today to flush out the legs from squats yesterday. Hit the hill 6 times and went as hard as possible. Hill is very tall, long and steep. Legs were burning on number 6. Lungs were fine.
