Training:
2 softball games (my strength has really improved and I can tell in my throwing and batting. I crushed a home run much farther than I have hit a ball before. The deadlifts and front squats are doing there job)

50 x pullups
100 x pushups
100 x squats
100 x leg levers

Daily Reading: 2 and 3 John
1.) Lessons:
- The truth lives in us and will be with us forever.
- This is love, that we walk in obedience to his commands. Walk in His love.
- John has no greater joy than to hear that his followers are walking in the truth.
- Do not imitate what is evil.
- Anyone who does good is of God and anyone who does evil has not seen God.

2.) Applications:
- Once I have accepted the truth, I cannot escape it. It will be with me and will live with me forever. It then becomes a conscious choice as to weather I choose to follow it or not.
- Christ showed His love in dying for me. I can show my love for Him by walking in His ways and obeying His commands.
- I believe that there is no greater joy than to be a parent and watching your children walk in God's truth.
- Do not imitate what is evil but flee and do not put myself in a position to compromise.
