Monday: Endurance + Max Pullups

Objective: Endurance
90 min run @ easy pace

Then: Max Pullups (neutral grip)

Notes.
Heat index above 100 degrees during run. Felt fine the entire run. Bonked about 20 min post run. Had grape nuts and a beer and felt much better. 200# pre run, 195# post run.
