Sleep: 7 hours
Body: great
Nutrition: solid
Notes: good day. Really busy at work so this is what I had time for.

    What do you normally do for your stretch and mobility portions of your workout?

    I follow Maxwell's daily dozen as a rough template for my joint mobility work. I add in extensive hip mobility at the end because that is a weak point of mine. This would include: fire hydrants, dirty dogs, hip flexor stretches, samson stretch ect. MTN Athlete has some good hip mobility drills as well.

    For stretching I use relax into stretch by Pavel.
