(60, 56,56,50 sec, goal was to get each at <6 min mile pace, accomplished on all but first, rest = walk back down after sprint)
Then: cool down

Comments:
Really messed up after the last sprint. Took 20 min to get back to feeling normal. Hill is right outside the house, 260m straight uphill. It is aweful.
