Training: PM
Dynamic Stretch
then:
1,480m TT (5:26, needed to be < 5:32)
rest 2:30
800m spring (2:40, needed to be < 2:40)
then: cool down
1 mile run @ easy pace
1 mile walk
Hot shower

Comments:
Need to be better about warm-ups and cool downs, they make all the difference. After even a brief dynamic stretch, today's time trial felt much better than yesterday. Goal was pacing and that improved as well to.
