Thur: 10/30/14, 1.85m TT

In the PM: 
400m run @ easy pace 
Dynamic stretch 

1.85 mile run (11:34, 6:15mpm pace)
90 sec rest 
400m sprint (1:25)

Relaxed stretch 

Comments: 
Weight: 198#
Notes: run was easy. Not tired at all. Paced my captain who had to make 1.85 miles in <12:00 (6:30mpm) he is our post player so we adjusted the time and all I had to do was stay behind him and make sure he kept moving. Test for rest of the players is 2 miles in <12 min which I passed at the end of September. Trying to figure out the next goal/objective. Onward.
