In the PM:

Lunge/instep
2 x 5 prying goblet squat @ 45#
2 x 10 straight leg deadlift @ 45#

Work up to working weights 

2 x 5 back squat @ 225# (lethargic)
2 x 5 bench press @ 185# (lethargic)
2 x 5 deadlift @ 225# (solid)

Coach x 90 min 

Nutrition: 
1200pm: turkey sandwich, chips
920pm: 5 eggs omlet, cheese, bowl of Cheerios 

Comments: 
Weights felt decently heavy and body felt pretty lethargic.
