Joint mobility
Foundation drills 

Afternoon: 
Worked on the basement for a couple hours.

Then: 
30 min walk @ a conversational pace. 

In the PM: 
Worked in the basement caulking and mudding for a couple hours. 

Sleep: 8 hours 
Weight: 204#
Nutrition: 
- weekend. Did not track.
