Foundation drills

In the PM:
2 x (1-3) ladder
Bench press @ 185# (paused)
Pull-ups x 2
Goblet squat @ 75#
Deadlift @ 245#

1h oh carry r/l @ 50# x a bunch

Then: 
15 min Steve Nash shooting drill 
- medium pace, quickened at times.

Finished up with 43 made free throws in a row.

Notes: 
Ate 1 meal at dinner. Lots of energy throughout the day. Very productive.
