Thur: 12/10/15, coaching

Woke up at 6am and weighed in at 202#. Nutrition has been poor lately so no real surprise that weight is up a couple pounds. Typical morning routine:

Quiet time:
Devotion 
Homiletics (Rev 7:1-8)
Journal 

then:
Cold shower 
Joint mobility
Foundation drills 
2 x 10-8-6-4-2-1 pushup/FLR ladder

In the PM:
Long night of coaching as C-Team, JV and Varsity all played at home. Completed the sweep with all three teams getting wins over Lester Prairie. My varsity boys won 87-55. 

After the game came home to some home-made breakfast burritos from my wife, ate those and a bowl of cereal watched the game film and hit the sack by 11pm.
