Tue: 12/15/16, coaching, recharge

600am:

Cold shower
Joint mobility
Foundation drills
10-8-6-4-2-1 pushup/flr ladder

In the PM:
Coaching x 4 hours (Away game so drive time included)

then:
Work for 2 hours post game to get caught up.

Notes:
200#
Nutrition needs to improve. Not in-taking very many calories but the quality is not there.
