Then: 
2 x 5/5 1h press @ 60#
2 x 10 goblet squat @ 60#
1 x 35 2h swings @ 80#
2 x 30/30 sec kb hold @ 80#

In the afternoon:
Coach x 4 hours (Gameday)

In the PM: 
Relax and catch up on family time and rest.

Comments: 
Fell behind on ab wheel rollouts and pull-ups. Will make up volume tmrw.
