Foundation drills 

In the PM: 
5 rounds @ 2 x 20kg kb
3 x cleans
2 x press
3 x front squat 

Then:
20-15-10 double kb swing @ 2 x 20kg

Then: 
2 x 5 deadlift @ 225#
Standing ab wheel rollout practice
