Leg press ladder: 15 reps @ 1pps-4pps-1pps (1 sec pause at bottom), 1 x AMRAP partials
Back squat: 3 x 6 x 225#
Deadlift: 25 x fast singles @ 225#
Jumprope: 3 x 100 reps

Comments: needed to blow off some steam so just beat the legs up today.
