2 x 10 goblet squat @ 45#
3 x 10/10 1h swings @ 45#
2 x 5/5 windmills @ 45#
Suitcase carries around the yard @ 45#

Durability: 
Relaxed stretch
1 x 10 band shoulder dislocates
1 x 20 band pull aparts 

Then: 
House work rest of the day
