Early AM:
Cold shower
Joint mobility
Foundation drills
1 x 25 strict pushups
10-8-6-4-2-1 x strict pushup/flr ladder (31 reps)

Coached for 90 min
Taught BSF for 120 min

Sleep:
8 hours (felt amazing)

Nutrition:
Lots of coffee in the AM.

Comments: 
Exhausted by end of the day.
