Framing in juniors room in the basement and putting up walls.

4 eggs, cheese and coffee in am. A couple Brandys and some pretzels at 5. Turkey, potatoes, broccoli and milk in the PM. 

Comments: 
Nutrition better. Still need to improve portion control.
