In the afternoon: 
30-20-10-10-10 2h swings @ 80#
2 x 4/4 1h push press @ 80# 

800pm, 28 degrees, cloudy
Douse 4 gal x 2
Power breathing x 3

Nutrition:
- Fast 800pm-100pm (15 hours)
- 32 oz of water, 2 cups of coffee upon waking
- 100pm: pita chips, hummus 1/2 dark beer.
-400pm: 3/4lb ground beef, tomatoes, avacados, sweet potatoe fries, 1/2 dark beer.
- done eating at 5:00pm.
