Nutrition: 
430am: 1 cup of coffee 
800am: a couple small pancakes with sausage, 1 x cup of coffee 
1200pm: .15lb grilled salmon, 1 x cup of coffee w/cream
800pm: 4 egg omlet with cold pork and cheese + protein shake
