Dead stop kb snatch:
10 x 5/5 @ 45#
- 15 sec rest (breathing hard)

Then: 
Dead stop kb clean and press: 
5 x 5 @ 2 x 45# 
- 30 sec rest 
- experimented with kb placement, best place is between legs, wider stance. 

Then: 
Kb play:
5 min of messing around w/ 45# kb

Then: 
Janda sit-ups:
2 x 5 

Then: cool down
Band work
