 In the afternoon: 

2 x 5 dbl kb press @ 45's 

2 x 1-5 gorilla row ladder @ 45's 

2 x 5 dbl kb front squat @ 45's 

2 x 10 dbl kb clean @ 45's 


then: 

farmer carries and crawls 

4 x 100 yard sprints 

4 x 15 yard hill sprint
