Push Press:
5 x 5 x 135# (power cleaned the bar up at the beginning of each set)
AMRAP 10 min: 16 total rounds
5 x pullups
10 x pushups
15 x squat
WOD 2:
Shuttle runs:
5 x 350 yards
(approx 72 yards I was guessing for each down and back)
(times all between 55-58 seconds, rest was 1 minute between rounds)
