1.) Lessons:
- Always take care of your family. (25)
- Live honestly. Always be accurate and honest in everything you do.
- Give your first fruits and tithes to the Lord.
- Walk in the ways of the Lord and keep His commands always.
- If you fully obey the Lord and carry out His commands, you will be blessed.
- Serve the Lord joyfully and gladly in both times of prosperity and times of want.
2.) Applications:
- Blood is thicker than water. Your immediate family is a special and unique relationship.
- Live a life of honesty. Strive to be accurate and honest in every act and situation.
- Weather in times of prosperity or times of hurt, always serve the Lord faithfully, with both joy and gladness for He has done much for us. He has saved us and our light and momentary troubles will soon pass.
