1.) Lessons:

  • 16:5 - LORD, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure
  • 16:8 - I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
  • 17:5 - My steps have held to your paths; my feet have not stumbled.
  • 17:6 - I call on you, my God, for you will answer me; turn your ear to me and hear my prayer.
  • 18:2 - The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
  • 18:20-24 - The LORD has dealt with me according to my righteousness; according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me. For I have kept the ways of the LORD; I am not guilty of turning from my God. All his laws are before me; I have not turned away from his decrees. I have been blameless before him and have kept myself from sin. The LORD has rewarded me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in his sight.
  • 19:1-2 - The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.
  • 19:13 - Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then I will be blameless, innocent of great transgression.
  • 19:14 - May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight
