25 x goblet squat 
25/25 x 1h swing
25 x good morning 
25/25 x halo 

Then: 
Snatch: 5 x 5/5 @ 20kg

Then:
2h swing: 25-20-15-10-5 @ 36kg

Then: 
Goblet squat: 3 x 5 @ 36kg
Pull-up: 3 x 5 on cadence 

Then: cool down

Notes:
Feeling a bit run down.
