AM:
20 min hard speedball game outside. Lots of sprints.

then:
2 x 5 front squat @ 155
2 x 5 bench press @ 155
4 x 4 dhnk slow pullups

then:
Kokoro yoga practice (mindful movement)

Afternoon:
20 min hard speedball game. Lots of sprints.
