    • Got all reps unbroken, kipped the last few in the set of 25 though.
PM Workout:
  • 2 hours of basketball practice.
  • 12 sprints (1 down and back = 56 m = 672 m )
  • 24 Burpees
  • 100 Pushups
  • 100 Squats
  • 100 Situps
  • 100 4 count flutter kicks
Notes:
  • Taking my rest day today instead of Sunday.
