- Got all reps unbroken, kipped the last few in the set of 25 though.
PM Workout:
- 2 hours of basketball practice.
- 12 sprints (1 down and back = 56 m = 672 m )
- 24 Burpees
- 100 Pushups
- 100 Squats
- 100 Situps
- 100 4 count flutter kicks
Notes:
- Taking my rest day today instead of Sunday.
