Active Recovery

AM: Skill
  • Pushups: 2 x 80 pushups (unbroken) 10 min rest between sets
Aftrn: Skill
  • Pullups: 50 in as few sets as possible (20,13,10,7)
    • All were DH with no leg kip. Arms were pretty fatigued from mornings pushups.
