- extra time/reps on morning recharge for active recovery. Elbows are a bit touchy but feel much better than yesterday.

In the PM: 
5 x 5/5 1h swing @ 36kg
- approx 30 sec rest 

4 x 5 goblet squat @ 36kg
- approx 30 sec rest

15 min of kb play including lots of snatches, 1h swings and halos into slashers. 

Cooled down by chasing Wubbies outside in the yard.
