Long walk w/ Wubbies in Excelsior.In the afternoon:
Yard work for a while then sanded and painted door to Wubbies new room.
In the PM:
Long hot bath. Soaked lower body. Followed by a cold shower.
Long stretching session. Focused on calves and Achilles.
