Wake up: 530am
Sleep: 4.5 hours 
Weight: 196 

Cold shower 
Quick joint mobility 

Then: 
BSF prep x 90 min 

Then: 
Coach basketball team in showcase. Upset #5 in state team in our class. 

Needed to rest and catch up with family rest of the day. Got some GTG push-ups done and brief yoga in the evening.
