Nutrition

What's currently working:
1 meal a day. Maybe a pretzel or small snack mid afternoon, then big dinner. Try to eat healthy but no real restrictions. Lots of black coffee and water during the day.

Worked in the past:
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich, protein shake
Dinner: whatever, just in disciplined portions.

Nutrition - Mtn Athlete
6 days per week:
- meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, water, coffee
1 day per week:
- cheat
