Comments: 
Throat is scratchy, junior is sick. Dousing and cold ahowers and gargling salt water to see if that helps. Dousing sucks when I do it but I feel so amazing afterwords.

Comments:
Need to keep bodyweight under 198#. Sprints yesterday felt so good at a lower weight. Its amazing the difference on my joints and speed.

Cheat day. Capped off night with dinner at inlaws so nutrition was very very poor. 

Comments: 
Put a bunch of junk in the body and feel like garbage. Bloated, full and lethargic.

Fruit, a croissant, ham, cheese, 3 x cups of coffee and a Gatorade in the AM. Had some kale salad, tortilla chips and a bit of peanut butter in the afternoon and whisky, turkey tenderloin, broiled potatoes and homage creme brûlée for dinner. 

Comments: 
Ate quite a bit today. I don't like the feeling of being full during the day. Push-ups are leaning out my upper body.

Ate some toast with peanut butter for breakfast, chips and cheese for lunch and chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese for dinner. Had a couple gatorades and lots of water in between. Taking care of sick wife and son this weekend.

Sleep: 
Got 8 hours from 930pm-530am.

2 hours BSF training on Leviticus.

6 hours of housework in the basement. Dad and I put in insulation, moisture barriers, some sheetrock then messed around with electrical and air ducts.

Had a couple cups of coffee for breakfast, a turkey sandwich, chips and a coke for lunch and soup, bread and a oaky for dinner.

Only got 5 hours because Junior was sick with a high fever.
