Then: sprint work
3 x shuttle runs in < 1:00 (5 down and backs, 60, 58, 58 sec)
*1:00 rest between sprints.
Then: BW work
Push-ups: 1 x 50,20,15,10,5
Body rows (bar): 1 x 20,10,8,8,4
Squats: 1 x 50 (slow and steady)
1h swings: 5 x 10/10 @ 14kg (did not put kb down, switched on fly)
*20 sec rest between all sets and excercises)
Later in the PM
Some relaxed stretching
Notes:
Weight: 200#
Nutrition: solid. Fasted until 11:30am
Comments: sprints were harder than they should have been. Fighting off a cold and felt it during the BW work.
