Conditioning:
Run: 25 min (moderate to fast pace, finished with 2 x 800 m runs at sub 6mm pace)
Sprint work: 15 min of full court basketball
Notes:
My strength is pretty pathetic right now. Trying to 2 days of strength work a week and I am going to ease back into it. Front squats were tough.
