Slalom ski and swimming
Then:
Press: 3 x 5 @ 2 x 20kg
Front squat: 2 x 5 @ 2 x 20kg
Swing: 1 x 25 @ 80#
Farmer carry: 2 x 20kg x 200 yrds
Then:
Cooled down with some OALCCJ practice.

- Body: right Achilles still a bit tender. It has been sore for a couple weeks from basketball.
