Notes:
- Haven been getting all sets of calisthenics unbroken so progressively loaded to 15 sets instead of 10. Happy with the improvement. Took a little longer to rest in between rounds for the last 5 but got everything unbroken. Took a little over 30 min to complete.
- Sprints were tough. Nutrition was pretty poor this weekend due to Memorial Day so the first 5 sprints were difficult to get going. 90 seconds of rest was probably to much looking back. It allowed me to go all out on each sprint but I think to increase conditioning I will scale back to 60 sec of rest between sprints instead.
