Training:
Rest day due to work and BSF. Did a lot of hauling boxes of merchandise so got some loaded carries in. Working on another 40 day plan that will take me right into my conditioning test. It worked so well before I think it will benefit and help me get stronger, faster and lose the necessary weight to not just pass but really dominate the test.
