Sun: 12/13/15, recharge, kbs, run

600am:
Cold shower 
Joint mobility
Foundation drills 
10-8-6-4-2-1 push-up/flr ladder 
Upper body band work 

Then:
Church x 90 min

In the Afternoon;
3 x 3 double kb press @ 2 x 60#
3 x 3 double kb front squat @ 2 x 60#
2 x 5 pullup
5 x 5/5 1h swing @ 60# (20 sec rest between)

then:
25 min run

Pullups
Decline pushups
Box pistols 
- 2 rounds

5 min walk home to cool down

Notes:

Felt awesome to get out and get a run in and get outside. Spent the weekend with the family catching up on family time. Much needed.
