Monday: 6/3/13, Basketball

I) Training:
- basketball x 40 minutes by myself.

II) Nutrition:
- Good. Need to cut back on coffee a bit.

III) Rest/Recovery:
- Sleep: 7 hours
- Weight: 209#
- Body: good. Rested.

IV) Notes:
- felt really good to be back in the gym shooting. I forgot how much I missed it.
