- 400 Jump Rope
- 80 Pushups
- 70 Burpee
- 60 Wallball
- 50 DB swings
- 40 DH pullups
- 30 Military Press
- 25 Snatch
Durability:
- 20 min run at moderate pace
- 1 hour hike (approx 4 miles)
Notes:
- Body: tweaked my back on the snatches. Really hurts and is very tight.
- Nutrition: Poor, last 4 days have not been good. This coming week I really need to buckle down and get disciplined in my nutrition. When my nutrition is poor my performance is poor.
