Notes:
Deadlifts were very fast after a day off. Front squats I have been focusing on going light and really going deep in the whole while pushing my knees out. It is coming slowly. My form was crap before but it is slowly coming along and improving. 2 mile TT was a PR and I just smoked it. Running form has greatly improved and is much more efficient.

Daily Reading:
Numbers 13-15
1.) Lessons:
- Caleb was the only one who trusted the Lord completely, even against overwhelming odds (13:30)
- The people complained when it got tough (13)
- Moses and Aaron fell face down before the people and the Lord
- The people refused to believe God (14:11)
- God is slow to anger, abounding in love and forgiving. He punishes the guilty.
- We will pay for our fathers sin. Our sin has direct consequences on our children and future generations (14:17-19)
- There is always a consequence for our actions (14)
- Anyone who sins defiantly against the Lord will be cut off from his people. Sin separates us from God.
2.) Applications:
- No matter what the odds, trust God. Take Him at His word and believe He has the power to do what he has promised.
- Never complain. SUFFER IN SILENCE.
- Moses and Aaron were the leaders of the people and had the humility to lay face down in front of them and God. A true leader must have humility and be a servant.
- Am I slow to anger, abounding in love and easy to forgive? I struggle with this daily.
- My sins have consequences, not only for me but also for my family and for my children. My greatest fear in life is that my children will have to suffer for my mistakes and shortcomings.
