Wednesday: Work capacity, coaching

PM: coached basketball camp, 2 hours

Objective: Quick work capacity
5 rounds for time:
10 x dead hang pullups
20 x pushups
30 x squats

Then:
100 x straight leg situps

Notes:
Short on time today due to work and coaching. It has been a very hectic, busy and somewhat stressful week.
