Sat: 1/17/15, push-ups, kb

In the AM: 
Hot shower 
200 x push-ups gtg while junior napped.

In the PM: 
4 x 10/10 1h swings @ 45# in between taking care of junior. 

200 x push-ups gtg in between family time. 

Sleep: 
7 hours 

Nutrition: 
Weight: 197#
Fruit, a croissant, ham, cheese, 3 x cups of coffee and a Gatorade in the AM. Had some kale salad, tortilla chips and a bit of peanut butter in the afternoon and whisky, turkey tenderloin, broiled potatoes and homage creme brûlée for dinner. 

Comments: 
Ate quite a bit today. I don't like the feeling of being full during the day. Push-ups are leaning out my upper body.
