Comments: 
Weight @ 206#. No grains today and limited snus intake (none until after 730pm) Had some cravings but body felt really great. 
Am: coffee w/ cream, then black coffee.
Aftr: kale, chicken, berries, raisins, protein shake. 
PM: 1/2lb burger, cheese, salsa, peppers. Some ice cream w/ fresh blueberries.
