Finished up with relaxed stretching and a jump in the lake to cool down.
Spent a lot of time in the evening talking about endurance training with my uncle Don. Specifically on preparing for mountaineering and alpinism.
Notes:
Joints feel good. Calves are still sore from run yesterday.
