Wake up: 500am
Sleep: 6.5 hours

Cold shower 
Joint mobility
Foundation drills 
10-86-4-2-1 push-up/flr ladder 
Upper body band work 

Then: 
Coaching x 120 min 

Then: 
Eat lots of waffles with wife and boy and take a long nap.

In the PM: 
2 x 10/10 1h c&p @ 20kg
2 x 5 goblet squat @ 36kg (1 sec pause at bottom)
4 x 5 1h swing @ 36kg 
1 x 10 kneeling ab wheel rollout (1 sec pause at bottom)

Then: 
New Years party at in laws. Didn't eat very well. 

Comments:
Nutrition has not been a strong suit this holiday season. Needs to improve.

  1. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. Check out: onlinemagazine4u.com
