BSF x 120 min 

Comments: 
Took a break from kbs today. Monday's are swamped. Didn't get home until really late after BSF. Had not seen the wife all day so spent some time chatting before bed instead of training. Day of rest won't hurt anyway. Huge week coming up with 3 games, work commitments and BSF.
